Returns & Exchanges

At TARINA TARANTINO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful and unique purchases; however, if you are not delighted, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and hair accessories may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at orders@tarinatarantino.com with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original signature pink packaging and include a copy of your invoice with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return using a trackable shipping method to our Los Angeles studio; please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
